RETURNS POLICY & GUARANTEE: TELOYOUTH & RELATED WEBSITES

TeloYouth stands behind the quality of our products and guarantees your satisfaction, or you get your money back – no questions asked.

You may return any items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund as long as they are not damaged and returned in the original packaging along with any accompanying paperwork and documentation. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

To Request Return of an Item you have purchased, please contact us at support@teloyouth.com. We will respond promptly with instructions for you to return your item within ninety days of the date of your purchase.

We will examine the items when received and, if they are eligible for return under our return policy, TeloYouth will arrange for a full refund of your purchase price to the same form of payment you used to purchase the item. There is no re-stocking fee. Refunds do not include the cost originally paid for any shipping and processing, and you are responsible for all costs of returning any products.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund before then. The refund time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process your refund request (5 to 7 days).
